The included AI is pretty good too - considering its alpha state - and it kicked my butt more times than I care to admit, even on easier settings. Nonetheless, the game is extremely playable, and is great fun in multiplayer as any good RTS should be. There are various bugs and issues that still need to be resolved, chief among them being lag whenever there are very large amounts of units in play. The game is still in an alpha state and will likely remain so for a while still. We’re talking new units, new maps, interface adjustments, hotkey editing, and of course plenty of rebalancing for the game’s very impressive roster of ancient civilizations. The new version, titled Alpha 24: “Xšayāršā” (pronounced khsha-ya-ṛsha), includes a whole slew of new content and tweaks.
